Let one zero of the polynomial be alpha and another zero be beta.

Then,

2=Alpha

-3=Beta

Sum of zeroes =-(a+1)

=> 2+(-3) = -a-1

=> -1=-a-1

=> a=-1+1=0.

Product of zeroes=b÷1

=> 2(-3) =b

=> -6=b.
