Substituting x = 2,

3*2² - 2k(2) + 2m = 0

12 - 4k + 2m = 0          (1)

Substituting x = 3,

3*3² - 2k(3) + 2m = 0

27 - 6k + 2m = 0          (2)

Solving equations (1) and (2),

2k = 15

k = 15/2

m = 9
