Let one of the complimentary angles be x as they differ by 8,
hence x+(x+8)=90
2x=82
x=41
and x+8=49
The two angles are 41 and and 49 as their sum is 90 and their difference is 8.

when we rub straw with paper some charges are transferred.And the straw becomes charged.while the unrubbed straw is neutral.When we bring the rubbed straw near the straw which is not rubbed ,it will get attracted by the charged(rubbed) straw because of force of static friction.
