Solution
2 dozen = 2 × 12 = 24
since 1 dozen = 12
So 24 bananas cos Rs80
cost of each banana = 80/24
No. of bananas = 60 ÷ 80/24
= 60 × 24/80
= 6 × 3
= 18
So 18 bananas cost for Rs60

To Find-
dozens of banana bought for Rs.60
Solution-
For Rs. 80 , the number of dozen of bananas bought = 2
For Re. 1 , the the number of dozen of bananas bought = 2/80
∴For Rs. 60 , the number of dozen of bananas bought = 2/80 * 60
= 1.5
1 dozen = 12 units.
∴1.5 dozen = 18 units
hence, the number of bananas bought for Rs.60 is 18 .
