Let us assume the numerator to be x and the denominator to be y.
The original fraction= x/y

x+2/y = 1/2
y= 2(x+2) [CROSS-MULTIPLICATION]
  =2x+4

x/y-1= 1/3
3x= y-1 [CROSS-MULTIPLICATION]
3x= 2x+4-1
3x= 2x+3
3x-2x= 3
x=3
3x=y-1
3*3=y-1
9+1=y
y=10

Ans- the fraction x/y = 3/10

Hope it helps you. :)
