2 is zeros of polynomials f(x)=ax^2-3(a-1)x-1

f(2) = a( {2})^{2}  - 3(a - 1)2 - 1 = 0 \\ 4a - 6a + 6 - 1 = 0 \\  - 2a + 5= 0 \\  - 2a = 0 - 5 \\  - 2a=  - 5 \\ a =  \frac{ - 5}{ - 2}  \\ a =   \boxed{ \frac{5}{2} }
