If 2 mangoes cost ₹10
than how many mangoes will I get in ₹4

Cost of 2 mangoes = ₹10

Cost of 1 mango = 10 ÷ 2 = 5

Cost of 4 mangoes = 5 × 4 = ₹20

Hence , Cost of 4 mangoes = ₹20

Rs.10 = 2 \: mangoes[/tex]

Therefore, Rs. 1 =  = \frac{2}{10}

So, 4 \:  rupees \:  = \frac{2}{10}×4

As , you can see the number which we will after cancelling is in decimal(.8)

So, if the shopkeeper is wise enough then he will give you 1 mango. But technically you will get 0 mangoes.
