JJstyles: ya sure thanks
JJstyles: 2^n-1 + 2^n+1 =320 can u solve these please
Anonymous: yes, sure but where you want solution?

2^n+4-2^n+2=3

(2ⁿ)(2⁴)-(2ⁿ)(2²)=3

Let 2ⁿ=a

a(2⁴)-a(2²)=3

16a-4a=3

12a=3

a=1/4

2ⁿ=a

2ⁿ=1/4

2ⁿ=(1/2²)

2ⁿ=2^-2

Bases are equal,exponents must be equal.

n=-2
