2+√3/2-√3=a+b√3

=(2+√3)*(2+√3)/(2-√3)*(2+√3)=a+b√3

=(4+3+4√3)/(4-3)=a+b√3

=7+4√3=a+b√3

(comparing both the sides ,we get)

a= 7

b=4
