The value will be 0.

For eg

take any determinant,

|e f g|

R1&R2 are equal.

Hence when you calculate the value of determinant using it's properties,

R1-----> R1-R2

|0 0 0|

|a b c|

|e f g|

which ever row or column you take and expand, you'll get 0.
