Hiiii....friend,

Here is ur answer,

 =  >  \sqrt{2} sin(60 -  \alpha ) = 1

 =  > sin(60 -  \alpha ) =  \frac{1}{ \sqrt{2} }

 =  > sin(60 -  \alpha ) = sin45

 =  > 60 -  \alpha  = 45

 =  >  \alpha  = 15
