Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

lets say theta = x to make life easier

so 2sin(x)=2cos(x) and the question is: what is x?

we can factor our the 2’s to get:

sin(x)=cos(x)

We could divide the right by cos(x) to get:

tan(x)=1

Or we could divide the left by sin(x) to get:

1=cot(x)

But let’s stay with tan(x)=1

So now we can simply take the arctangent of 1 to get x.

x=arctan(1) = π/4 radians or 45º

Hope this helps.
