Ratio of two supplementary angles = 2:7

Let the common multiple be x

1st angle = 2x

2nd angle = 7x

According to The problem

1st angle + 2nd angle = 180

2x + 7x = 180

9x = 180

=> x = 180/9 = 20

Therefore,

1st angle = 2x = 2×20 = 40

2nd angle = 7x = 7×20 = 140

Hope it helps...
