Heya User, Here is Your Answer ---
 {2}^{5x + 3} = {8}^{x + 3} \\ write \: the \: expression \: in \: exponental \: form \: with \: base \: of \: 2 \\ {2}^{5x + 3} = {2}^{3x + 9} \\ since \: the \: bases \: are \: same \: set \: the \: exponents \: equal \\ 5x + 3 = 3x + 9 \\ 5x - 3x = 9 - 3 \\ 2x = 6 \\ x = \frac{6}{2} \\ x = 3 \\ therefore \: x = 3
