Given
 {2}^{x} = 32 = {2}^{5} \\ so \: x = 5. \\ {2}^{x + 3} = {2}^{5 + 3} = {2}^{8} = 256.
Answer is 256.

There is a confusion in the question whether the question is
 {2}^{x} + 3 \: \: or \: \: {2}^{x + 3} . \: please \: use \: parentheses \: like \: {} \: or \: ().
