Answer:

2/x+5/y=1

multiply this eqn by 4

8/x+20/y=4

Add this eqn to other eqn

8/x+20/y +60/x - 20/y =4+13

8/x + 60/x = 17

68/x = 17

x = 4

put this value of x in eqn 2/x + 5/y = 1

2/4 + 5/y = 1

y=10

10=4k-2i

4k=10+2i

k=(10+2i)/4 = (5+i)/2 Ans
