given that 20 horses consume 18 bushels in 36 days...
so 20 horses consume 18/36 = 1/2 (half bushel Per day)
then each horse consumes 1/2 ÷ 20 = 0.05 bushel Per day
So each horse consumes 0.05 bushel per day..
if 30 horses consume 0.05 Per day....then total no.of bushels consumed will be 30 × 0.05=1.5 Per day..
Given no.of bushels= 24 ..
Then these bushels will last for 24/1.5 =20daus.
so 20 horses consume 18/36 = 1/2 (half bushel Per day)
then each horse consumes 1/2 ÷ 20 = 0.05 bushel Per day
So each horse consumes 0.05 bushel per day..
if 30 horses consume 0.05 Per day....then total no.of bushels consumed will be 30 × 0.05=1.5 Per day..
Given no.of bushels= 24 ..
Then these bushels will last for 24/1.5 =20daus.
