If 20% if the students in a school are girls and the number of boys is 3060,then find the total strength of the school

20%   students in a school are girls

∴ % of boys  =[100 -20 ] =80 %

Now let the nos of students in the school be x

∴nos of boys = 80 % 0f x = 3060

∴nos of boys = 80 /100 *x = 3060

⇒ x =3060*100/80  =3825

the total strength of the school =3825 ANS
