if 20 is added to 1/3 rd of a number ,it becomes 35, find the numbers​

Answer:

let the number be 'X'

20 +  \frac{1}{3} x = 35

 \frac{1}{3}x  = 35 - 20

 \frac{1}{3} x = 15

x = 15 \times 3

x = 45

therefore the number is 45
