If 20 men can do job in 15days,how many men will be required to do the job in 3days?

use formula,

M1 D1 = M2 D2

20 × 15 = M2 × 3

M2 = 100 men

x men --> 3 days

As the number of men and number of days are inversely proportional, therefore ;

20×15 = x×3
x = 20×5
x = 100

hence it will require 100 mens to complete the job in 3 days
