let the population of town be x. therefore 20 percent of x=2360. so. x=2360*100/20. which is. =2360*5=11800

Let the population of town be "x"

ATGC

( 20/100 )x = voters

20x/100 = 2360

2x/10 = 2360

2x = 23600

x = 23600/2

x = 11800

Total population = 11800 :)
