Hi there !!

First we have to recall the rule of divisibility by 11.
It states that the difference of the alternating digits should be 0 or 11 .

Coming to the question,

2 + 3 + x + 3 = multiple of 11

Using the divisibility rule,

(2 + x ) - ( 3 + 3 ) = multiple of 11

so,

2 + x - 6 = 0

-4 + x = 0
x = 0 +4

x = 4

Thus ,

the value of x will be 4

Aips: X=6
