= 33

= 3x

∴ x = 3x

Also, 32 = 2y

32 = 2 × 2 × 2 × 2 × 2

= 25 = 2y

∴ y = 5

Then ,

27 x 32 = 3x×2y

27 x 32 = 3x × (2x5)

864 = 3x × 10

3x = 864 ÷ 10

3x = 86.4

x =28.8
