27^(x+1) = 9^(x+3) = 3^(y)
=> 3^3(x+1) = 3^2(x+3) = 3^(y)
=> 3x+3 = 2x+6 = y                  [x^a = x^b then a=b]
=> 3x+3 = 2x+6
=> x = 3
and y = 2(3)+6
         = 12

3^3(x+1) = 3^2(x+3) = 3^Y

3x + 3 = 2X + 6 = 3Y

X = 3

and

3x+3 = 3y

y-x=1

y - 3 =1
y=4

x=3,y=4
