or 7/3a=2/3

or a=2/3.3/7

or a= 6/21=2/7

now,

9a^2+1/(4a^2)= -2

or 9(2/7)^2+1/(4(2/7)^2)= -2

9×4/49+1/(4×4/49)= -2

36/49+1/(16/49)= -2

36/49-49/16= -2

0.74-3.06= -2

-2.3=-2

its like -2=-2
