3b=9-2a
b=9-2a/3
2a-3b=7 ---》Substitute 'b' value
2a - 3(9-2a/3)=7
2a-(9-2a)=7
2a-9+2a=7
4a-9=7
4a= 9+7
4a=16
a=4
b=9-2a/3
=9-2(4)/3
=9-8/3
= 1/3
b=1/3
a=4 ; b=1/3
