2a+b=3(a+4b)

2a+b=3a+12b

2a-3a=12b-b

- a = 11b => a = - 11b.

(a + b)/(a + 2b) = (- 11b + b)/(- 11b + 2b).

= - 10b/- 9b = 10/9.

(a + b)/(a + 2b) = 10/9.

Answer:(a + b)/(a + 2b) = 10/9

Step-by-step explanation:

2a+b=3(a+4b)

2a+b=3a+12b

2a-3a=12b-b

- a = 11b

=> a = - 11b.

(a + b)/(a + 2b) = (- 11b + b)/(- 11b + 2b).

= - 10b/- 9b = 10/9.

(a + b)/(a + 2b) = 10/9.
