Question :- if 2x - 1/3x = 2 then the value of 9x^2 + 1/4x^2 is equals to ??

Solution :-

→ 2x - 1/3x = 2

multiply both sides by (3/2) we get,

→ (3/2)(2x - 1/3x) = 2 * (3/2)

→ (3x - 1/2x) = 3

squaring both sides we get,

→ (3x - 1/2x)² = (3)²

using (a - b)² = a² + b² - 2ab in LHS, we get,

→ (3x)² + (1/2x)² - 2 * 3x * (1/2x) = 9

→ 9x² + (1/4x²) - 3 = 9

→ 9x² + (1/4x²) = 9 + 3

→ 9x² + (1/4x²) = 12 (Ans.)
