Answer:

(2x+1) = 3 (given in question)

⇒ 2x = 3 - 1

⇒ 2x = 2

⇒ x = 2/2

∴ x = 1

( as we found the value of "x" , it is easy to find the value of "y")

x+y+3 = -1  (GIVEN IN QUESTION)

⇒ 1 + y + 3 = -1

⇒ y +4 = -1

⇒ y = -1 - (+4)

⇒ y = -5

∴ x = 1     y = -5

IF YOU ANSWER LIKE THIS IN EXAMS.....YOU WILL GET FULL MARKS......

SO PLS PLS MARK AS BRAINLIEST.....
