If 2x=2. 32x – 6 = 36, find the value of x.​

$32x- 6 = 36$

and,

$2x=2$

To find:

The value of x = ?

Solution:

As we know,

⇒ $32x - 6 = 36$

On adding "6" both sides, we get

⇒ $32x-6+6=36+6$

⇒             $32x=42$

⇒                 $x=\frac{42}{32}$

⇒                 $x=\frac{21}{16}$

and,

if $2x=2$ then,

⇒ $x=\frac{2}{2}$

⇒ $x=1$

So the value of x is "$\frac{21}{16}$" and "$1$".
