LCM  = 6.

$\frac{2x}{3} * 6 - \frac{5( \frac{4x}{5} - \frac{4}{3} ) }{2} * 6 = \frac{1}{3} * 6$

$4x - (12x - 20) = 2$

4x - 12x + 20 = 2

-8x + 20 = 2

-8x = -18

x = 9/4

x = 2.25
