x + y = 0

Solution :

2x + 3y = 0 --- equation 1

4x - 3y = 0 --- equation 2

Add equation 1 and 2

2x + 3y + 4x - 3y = 0

6x = 0

x = 0

Consider equation 1

2x + 3y = 0

Substitute x = 0 in this

2(0) + 3y = 0

3y = 0

y = 0

x + y = 0 + 0 = 0

Therefore,

x + y = 0
