Answer: 3480

Step-by-step explanation:

XY = 16

X = 16/Y

Put the value of X in 2X-3Y = 10 equation.

2(16/Y) -3Y= 10

32/y - 3y =10

Taking LCM and simplifying

3ysquare + 10 y = 32

Solving this quadratic equation we will get two values of y.

Y = 2 , y = -16/3

Now put the value of y in XY = 16 equation

We will get two values of X as well

X = 8 , x = -3

Now put these values in 8xcube-27ycube

(1) x = 8, y=2

8(8)cube -27(2)cube => 3480

(2) x= -3 , y = -16/3

8(-3)cube-27(-16/3)cube =>3480.
