2x+3y=12

2x=12-3y

x=12-3y/2(eq.-1)

3x-2y=5(eq.-2)

put value of x from eq.1 into 2,

3(12-3y/2)-2y=5

so,by taking L.C.M and by cross multiply in next step we get,

36-9y-4y=10

-13y=-26

y=2

put value of y in eq. 2

3x-2y=5

3x-2×2=5

3x=9

x=3
