If 2x+3y = 12 and xy = 5, find the value of 4x²-9y²

\green {ANSWER}

Given,

2x+3y= 12 and xy= 5

Squaring both sides:-

(2x-3y)² = 8²

4x²+9y²+2 × 2x × 3y= 64

4x²+9y²+12 × 5= 64

4x²+9y² + 60 = 64

4x²+9y² = 64-60

4x²+9y²= 4
