✨✨Hey mate ✨✨

 \blue {Here\;is\;the\; solution}

Given ,

2x + 3y = 14 ------(1)

2x - 3y = 2

==> 2x + 2x = 14 + 2 ( by adding both the terms )

==> 4x = 16

 \boxed {x = 4}

According to the question :-

2 × 4 + 3y = 14

8 + 3y = 14

3y = 14 - 8

3y = 6

 \boxed {y = 2}

As we know ,

x = 4

y = 2

Value of xy = x × y

=> 4 × 2

=> 8

 \huge \boxed {xy\; =\;8}
