If 2x+3y=5 and y-x=10, find the value of 3x+4y is?

Answer:

Let 2x+3y=5 ...(i)

and 3x+2y=10 ...(ii)

Then,

(ii)−(i) gives x−y=5

Therefore, x−y=5
