from this ,

$2x = 8 \: : \: 3y = 15$

$x = \frac{8}{2} \: : y = \frac{15}{3}$

$x = 4 \: : y \: = 5$

applying in the quest ,

$= (3y - x)(3y + x)$

$it \: is \: in \: the \: form \: of$

$(a + b)(a - b) = {a}^{2} - {b}^{2}$

$hence \: it \: will \: be$

$= {(3y)}^{2} - {x}^{2}$

$= {(3(5))}^{2} - {4}^{2}$

$= {(15)}^{2} - {4}^{2}$

$= 225 - 16$

$= 209$
