2X+ 3Y = 8 ---(1)
XY = -1 , here value of X is either X= 1 or -1 ,and Y is either "1" or -1 .
so check these values in eqn.(1)
here the value of X is "1 "
so from (1) Y= (8 - 2 ) / 3
Y = 2
now , 4X^2 + 49Y^2
= 4(1)^2 + 49 ( 2)^2
= 4 + 196
= 200 ans.
