y=2x/3. (by cross multiplication)
substitute this y value in equation: 5y=6z

5(2x/3)=6z
10x/3=6z. ( they are asking the ratio of x,y)
cross multiply them and see that on the right hand side the term x/z should be

x/z=3×6/10
x/z=18/10
x/z=9/5
there fore the ratio x:z=9:5
