We need to find the value of ‘x’ in

Simplifying ,
⇒ 2x ( - 2 ) = - 2x + 12
⇒ - 4x + 2x = 12
⇒ - 2x = 12
⇒ x = 12 ÷ - 2
⇒ x = - 6
Hence , x = - 6
