Step-by-step explanation:

  • \longrightarrow\sf 2x=8

\longrightarrow\sf x=\dfrac {8}{2}

\longrightarrow\sf x=4

  • \longrightarrow\sf 3y=1

\longrightarrow\sf y=\dfrac {1}{3}

  • \longrightarrow\sf 4z=64

\longrightarrow\sf z=\dfrac {64}{4}

\longrightarrow\sf z=16

  • \longrightarrow\sf x+y+z

\longrightarrow\sf 4+16+\dfrac {1}{3}

\longrightarrow\sf 20+\dfrac{1}{3}

\longrightarrow\sf \dfrac {60+1}{3}

\longrightarrow\bf \dfrac {61}{3}

Answer:

since,2×=8

So

X=4

since 3Y=1

So

Y=1/3

since 4z=64

so

z=16

now

x+y+z=4+1/3+16

since LCM=3

=(12+1+48)/3

hence..61/3 is the correct answer ☺️
