If [(2x+y, 3y)(0,4)] = [(6,0)(0,4)] then find the value of x.

According to the question,

2x+y= 6.....eq.1

and,

3y= 0
=> y= 3/0
=> y= 0

Substituting y=0 in eq.1,

2x+0=6
=> 2x=6
=> x= 6/2
=> x= 3

3y = 0

=> y = 0

2x+y = 6

=> 2x = 6

=> x = 6/2

=> x = 3
