If 2x+ y = 9 and 3 x-y =6
them find the value of 'x'

Answer:

1 2x + y = 9

2x + 1 = 9

2x = 9- 1

2x = 8

x = 8/2

x = 4

2 3x - y = 6

3x - 3 = 6

3x = 6 + 3

3x = 9

x = 9/3

x = 3
