If 2x + y equal to 23 and 4x minus y equal to 19, find the value of 5y minus 2x and Y ÷ X - 2.

2x+y=23
y=23-2x

4x-y=19
4x-(23-x)=19
4x-23+x=19
3x=42
x=14
y=23-28
y=-5

Adding
2x+y=23
4x-y=19
..................
6x-0=42
So x=7 and y=9
Now,5y-2x=5×9-2×7=31
And,also,y÷x-2=9÷7-2=-5/7.
