==> 2x^2 + 3x+1= 2x^2 + x + 2x + 1+ m

==> 2x^2 + 3x+1 = 2x^2 + 3x + 1 + m

==> m = 2x^2-2x^2 + 3x -3x + 1-1

==> m = 0
