-2y=14-3x,
y=(14-3x)/(-2)

Given -2y + 3x = 14
Transforming 3x  to RHS, we get
- 2y = -3x + 14
send "-2" to RHS we get
y = (3x/2) - (14/2)
   = (3x /2) - 7
