The rule is: a+b=(a+b2)2

3+5=(3+52)2 etc.

∴11+3−(11+32)2−49

Answer:

34

Step-by-step explanation:

3 × 5 = 15 ± 1 = 16

7 × 9 = 63 ± 1 = 64

10 × 12 = 120 ± 1 = 121

So,

11 × 3 = 33 + 1 = 34
