\sf\huge\bold{\underline{\underline{{Solution}}}}

\sf \longmapsto \dfrac{3}{5} x + 1 =  \dfrac{4}{5} x + 3

\sf \longmapsto \dfrac{3x}{5}  + 1 =  \dfrac{4x}{5}  + 3

Taking LCM both sides

LCM of both sides will be 5

\sf \longmapsto \dfrac{3x + 5}{5}  =  \dfrac{4x + 15}{5}  -  -  (1)

Cross multiply to both sides:

\sf \longmapsto5(3x + 5) = 5(4x + 15)

\sf \longmapsto15x + 25 = 20x + 75

\sf \longmapsto15x - 20x = 75 - 25

\sf \longmapsto - 5x = 50

\sf \longmapsto \bold{x =  - 10}

We have to find x +10

=>x+10= -10+10=0

Correct option c) 0

We can also solve Equation 1 into this:-

\sf \longmapsto \dfrac{3x + 5}{5} =  \dfrac{4x + 15}{5}

Since,5 is on both sides so,it gets cancelled

\sf \longmapsto3x + 5 = 4x + 15

\sf \longmapsto3x - 4x = 15 - 5

\sf \longmapsto - x = 10

\sf  \bold{x =  - 10}
