As we know that the mid-point formula :-

\Large\boxed{(X,Y)=(x1+x2)/2,(y1+y2)/2}

==>. ( 0 + x ) / 2 = 3

==>. \Large\boxed{x=6}

==>\Large\boxed{y=-12}
